Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Tax Senior/Reviewer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and review, with expertise in individual, partnership, and S-corporation tax returns. This role involves mentoring junior associates, reviewing their work for accuracy, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual, partnership, S-corporation, and trust tax returns
- Mentor and oversee junior associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage and strengthen client relationships, providing tax planning and advisory services
- Ensure all tax filings comply with federal and state regulations
- Collaborate with the tax team to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in public accounting, with a focus on tax preparation and review
- Education/Certifications: Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or working toward an EA or CPA certification
- Expertise in individual, partnership, trust and S-corporation returns
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and review junior staff
- Excellent client-facing skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in tax software (experience with ProFx or similar preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $70k - $95k base salary
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses

Work Schedule:
- Busy Season: 40-50 hours/week
- Off Season: 40 hours/week
